IFFCO-MC Celebrates a Decade of Success and Reaffirms Commitment to Indian Farmers

IFFCO-MC, a joint venture between Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) and Mitsubishi Corporation, celebrated its 11th Foundation Day on August 28, 2025. The event, held with great pomp and ceremony, marked a decade of delivering quality agrochemical solutions to Indian farmers.

In his welcome address, Tarun Bhargava, COO of IFFCO-MC, highlighted the company's growth journey. He expressed gratitude for the trust placed in the IFFCO brand, the deep connections with farmers, and the strong support from Mitsubishi Corporation. Dr. R.P. Singh (Director, IFFCO-MC) echoed these sentiments, stating that the last decade has been glorious, built on these foundations.

Manoj Varshney, MD & CEO of IFFCO-MC, reflected on the company's achievements and emphasized farmer-focused initiatives. He quoted Andrew Carnegie, stating that teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to achieve uncommon results. Varshney also revealed future plans, including the launch of a patented product in the Kharif season of 2026-27, expansion into biological crop solutions under the ZenNexa brand, and a commitment to people development, technology, and innovation as drivers for the next decade.

The name of the manager responsible for the planned launch of the patented product is not publicly available at this time.

Rakesh Kapur (Chairman, IFFCO-MC) reinforced the company's forward vision and aim to scale faster in the coming decade by strengthening the portfolio with new molecules and sustainable solutions. He also expressed pride in the 10-year partnership between IFFCO and Mitsubishi Corporation, stating that it has been a true partnership rooted in mutual respect and shared ambition.

The event included a lamp-lighting ceremony led by several senior dignitaries and a specially curated 10-year journey film showcasing IFFCO-MC's story of resilience, innovation, and commitment. Rohit Chopra (Jt. CEO, IFFCO-MC) delivered the vote of thanks, stating that today marks a decade of dedication, growth, and excellence, and that the company is deeply grateful to all who have been part of this journey.

IFFCO-MC also launched its new corporate website during the celebration.
