23-year-old individual apprehended in Kiel for illegally holding and distributing controlled substances, classified as narcotics.
In a significant development, the Kiel Police Directorate's 3rd Precinct, in collaboration with the Public Prosecutor's Office Kiel, arrested a 23-year-old male on March 26, 2025, for carrying narcotics. The arrest and subsequent search operations took place in the afternoon of the same day.
The search of the suspect's residence uncovered a four-figure sum of cash, additional narcotics, and evidence suggesting drug sales. The search of the first apartment, located in the area of Südfriedhof, revealed approximately 2000 EUR in cash, around 200g of cocaine, two switchblades, and paraphernalia indicating drug sales. No further evidence was found in the second apartment, whose specific location was not disclosed in the press release.
The Public Prosecutor's Office in Kiel applied for and received search warrants for these two apartments. A warrant for the suspect's detention was issued by the court, and he is currently in a detention facility.
