Actor Penn Badgley and his wife, Domino Kirke, become parents to twins
Actor Penn Badgley and his wife Domino Kirke have expanded their family with the arrival of twin boys. The couple, who are already parents to a four-year-old son, Cassius, from Domino's previous relationship, welcomed the twins on September 3, 2021.
Badgley, best known for his role in "Gossip Girl" and the recent Netflix series "You", announced the birth of his twins on Instagram with an adorable video of him holding and gushing over the swaddled babies. The caption of the post also mentioned that the twins are identical.
The proud parents expressed their concern about not waking up the newborns in the video, reflecting the joy and challenges of parenthood. Badgley co-wrote the book "Crushmore" with his cohosts Nava Kavelin and Sophie Ansari, and the live event for the book will take place at Symphony Space, NYC on October 14, 2021. The announcement for the live event was made during Badgley's twin paternity leave.
Kirke broke the news of their third and fourth babies via an Instagram post in February 2025, revealing that they were expecting not one but two more additions to their family. The live event for "Crushmore" can be found on @podcrushed for more information.
Before welcoming the twins, Kirke was already a mother to a 16-year-old son, Cassius. The "Crushmore" live event, according to the caption of the Instagram post, will mark the release of the book. The authors of "Crushmore" are Penn Badgley, Nava Kavelin, and Sophie Ansari.
In the video posted on Instagram, only the swaddled toes of the twins were visible, adding to the mystery and anticipation surrounding the live event. Fans and followers of the couple are eagerly awaiting more updates and insights from the live event, as well as the journey of the new family of five.
