Adecco Acquires Leading eDiscovery Provider D4
In a move to strengthen its position in the legal staffing and eDiscovery solutions market, the Adecco Group has announced the acquisition of D4, LLC. Based in Rochester, New York, D4 is a leading provider of eDiscovery litigation support with a strong presence across the USA and an international office in Shanghai.
D4, which offers full-service capabilities with local infrastructure to support litigation, investigations, compliance, and other legal matters, was one of the first providers to offer an eDiscovery Managed Services solution, launching in 2011.
