The suspect was swiftly apprehended by the police on the same day and taken into custody. The suspect was then admitted to a specialized clinic for further evaluation.
The victim, a 14-year-old student, was also admitted to a specialized clinic due to his mental state following the incident.
The investigation revealed that the crime was premeditated and had been announced beforehand on an instant messaging service. A message allegedly written by the suspect was found on the seized mobile phone, announcing the crime.
However, for tactical investigative reasons, no further details about the content of the message or the motivation of the 13-year-old can be provided at this time.
