Fyxer, a London-based AI assistant platform, has announced that it has secured £22m in a Series B funding round. The funding round was led by US-based venture capital firm Madrona, with participation from Salesforce founder Marc Benioff and current Body owner, among others.

The platform, designed for managing emails and meetings, has already gained traction with clients such as eXp Realty and Knight Frank, boasting a retention rate of 90% after three months. Fyxer's digital assistant for professionals is capable of drafting responses in a user's own tone, organizing incoming messages, capturing notes, and summarizing video calls.

Fyxer AI was founded after building the UK's largest virtual executive assistant agency. The platform is now usable and accessible for 95% of workers outside of traditional tech roles, supporting professionals worldwide.

The funds raised will be used for global expansion, capacity expansion, product development, and US expansion. Madron is partnering with Fyxer's team in their mission to make productivity accessible to all.

Karan Mehandru, managing director at Madrona, praised Fyxer's growth and user engagement, setting a new standard for knowledge work and AI's potential. "Fyxer's ability to learn from individual communication patterns to deliver personalized support is truly revolutionary," Mehandru said.

In just eight months, Fyxer AI's run rate revenue surged from $1m to over $16m. The platform integrates with tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, and Google Meets, making it a versatile solution for professionals.

Steven Bartlett, a well-known entrepreneur and investor, is among the backers of Chapter 2, the launch of which has been announced in the US. Bartlett joins a growing list of supporters who believe in Fyxer's mission to revolutionize productivity.

Richard Hollingsworth, co-founder and CEO of Fyxer AI, expressed his excitement for the future. "We are thrilled to have the support of Madrona and our other investors as we continue to expand and improve our platform," Hollingsworth said. "We are committed to making Fyxer the go-to solution for professionals everywhere."

As Fyxer AI continues to grow, it is poised to become a leader in the AI assistant market, providing personalized support to professionals worldwide.
