The District of Landshut has issued a preliminary notice regarding a public service contract for the regional bus line 405, which operates between Velden, Bodenkirchen, Bonbruck, and Vilsbiburg in the southern district of Landshut.
The intended duration of the public service contract is from February 14, 2026, to February 13, 2031. The subject matter of the contract is to ensure adequate transport services on bus line 405, which will be for public passenger transport services using motor vehicles pursuant to § 2(1) PBefG for regular services.
The preliminary announcement for the public service contract of the regional bus line 405 has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (EU). The District of Landshut, as the competent authority, intends to award the contract under the Bavarian Local Transport Act, the Passenger Transport Act, and Regulation (EC) 1370/2007.
