airBaltic set to choose a new leader from a talent pool of more than forty candidates
airBaltic, the Latvian national airline, has announced a vacancy for the position of CEO following the dismissal of Martin Gauss on 7 April. The selection process for the new CEO is now underway, and a wide range of highly qualified candidates has expressed interest in the role.
The nomination committee will decide on the selection process this week, and a recruitment specialist will be chosen to begin the candidate evaluation process.
