Alchemy Pay collaborates with Swiss-regulated Fiat24 to introduce a Web3 digital bank
In a significant move, Alchemy Pay has partnered with Swiss fintech firm Fiat24, a company directly supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). This collaboration aims to make banking global, compliant, and Web3-ready.
Through this partnership, users can now open Swiss IBAN bank accounts, providing a single hub for handling both traditional and blockchain-based funds. The service aims to streamline cash flows for businesses and individual users.
Fiat24's blockchain-powered platform allows clients to link crypto wallets directly to regulated cash accounts. Users can top up accounts either through bank wire or cryptocurrency transfers within the system. Funds can be sent and received within the Fiat24 ecosystem or performed instant currency swaps from a single dashboard.
The Swiss fintech company that partnered with Alchemy Pay to expand Alchemy Pay's Web3 digital bank and provide it with a regulated European banking license is Sygnum Bank. This partnership positions Alchemy Pay as a global player in bridging regulated finance with crypto-native solutions.
Alchemy Pay's Web3 Digital Bank has expanded into a more complete platform by combining its regulatory framework with Fiat24's infrastructure. The bank now covers compliant fiat accounts, crypto conversion tools, and global debit card access.
The integration uses Fiat24's Swiss-licensed infrastructure, ensuring compliance with European financial standards. Alchemy Pay has also been admitted into the Association for Quality Assurance of Financial Services (VQF), giving it status as a Self-Regulatory Organisation.
The Fiat24 partnership provides a more reliable channel for crypto investors, traders, and businesses to manage funds across systems without leaving a secure regulatory environment. These Swiss IBAN accounts are designed to manage both fiat and crypto funds.
The partnership is part of Alchemy Pay's broader effort to simplify financial management for Web3 businesses and individual users. It also allows for crypto card access, providing a seamless experience for users who wish to utilise both traditional and digital assets.
The partnership was announced on September 3 through Alchemy Pay's official channels. With this move, Alchemy Pay continues to solidify its position as a leader in the Web3 finance space.
