In the heart of Dortmund, a fire broke out in a three-story apartment building on Oberdelle Street on Saturday at 11:39 AM. The Dortmund Fire Department was promptly called to the scene, and approximately 45 personnel were deployed for the operation.

Initial reports suggested that two people and a dog were inside the apartment, but upon arrival, it was fortunately discovered that the residents were not present. The fire was confined to a bedroom on the top floor, and the firefighters quickly brought it under control and extinguished it.

Simultaneously, two turntable ladders were positioned to aid rescue and firefighting efforts. The apartment and the staircase were then ventilated using a high-performance fan to clear the smoke.
