Authorities are seeking a female motorist following a collision.

In the city of Recklinghausen, police are currently investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 24th, at around 12:30 pm. A 39-year-old pedestrian from Dorsten was hit by a car at the intersection of Clemens-August-Straße and Gahlener Straße.

The pedestrian sustained minor injuries in the accident. However, the driver of the vehicle, described as approximately 50 to 60 years old with short hair, did not stop after the incident. The car involved in the accident is reported to be small, possibly an Opel "Adam," and could be either red or black. The license plate of the car begins with the city code "WES" (for the district of Wesel).
