Authorities seek out individuals who may have observed the incident

In the heart of Gronau, Germany, a cycling accident occurred on Neustraße on July 11, 2025, at approximately 17:32. A 54-year-old cyclist from Gronau was involved in the incident, which took place in a pedestrian zone designated for cyclists.

The cyclist was overtaken by a boy or teenager on a Fatbike, and this overtaking caused the cyclist to fall. As a result, the cyclist sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital in Gronau by ambulance.
