Autumn heralds flea market season in Hamburg-Süd, offering multiple dates for browsing.
Discover a treasure trove of second-hand finds at the various flea markets that will be taking place in the surroundings of Hamburg this Autumn. From bustling city markets to quaint village affairs, there's something for everyone.
Starting in September, the Flohmarkt Hamburg-Schnelsen and the Elbe Park Flohmarkt, both typically held on weekends, will be gracing our calendars. For those seeking a more rural experience, Salzhausen-Putensen and Tangendorf offer village flea markets with a charming atmosphere.
In the heart of Seevetal, you'll find a variety of flea markets. Seevetal-Hittfeld hosts a Night Flea Market in Burg Seevetal on November 22nd, while Seevetal-Lindhorst and Seevetal-Meckelfeld offer neighbourhood flea markets with around 50 and 60 stands respectively. Seevetal-Hittfeld also boasts a Village Festival Flea Market.
Lüchow-Dannenberg, a town steeped in history, hosts two Family Flea Markets in the Heath. One takes place on October 5th and 31st, with registration available, and another on November 2nd.
Buchholz, a vibrant town, offers a Children's Flea Market at the Empore, as well as a City Festival Flea Market. The bustling Harburger Binnenhafen in Harburg hosts a flea market, and Buchholz also has a flea market at Famila.
Stade, a picturesque town by the sea, organises an Autumn Trove Market in the old town. Winsen hosts a CDU Family Flea Market, and on October 3rd, Famila in Winsen will be the venue for a Flohmaxx Flea Market, with no registration required.
Bleckede, a town by the Elbe River, hosts several Elbe Flea Markets in front of the shooting range. These take place on September 27th, October 4th, and 18th, with registration required for some events.
Last but not least, the largest flea market in Northern Germany can be found in Tostedt. If you're looking for a day filled with bargains and unique finds, this is the market to visit.
