Belgian authorities have shared their views on the enforcement of Croatian laws with the Commission.
In a series of events that unfolded early Wednesday morning, an alleged robbery occurred near the Schlosshorn in the Lake Constance District. According to reports from the Ravensburg Police Headquarters, transmitted via news aktuell, the victim of the robbery was a 43-year-old man.
The suspect, an 18-year-old individual, is currently being held in a detention facility pending trial. The Ravensburg Public Prosecutor's Office made the request for the suspect's arrest, and a warrant was issued accordingly.
During the robbery, the suspect is accused of taking a tablet from the victim's backpack. He also allegedly struck the victim and pushed him into the lake. However, the suspect later claimed that his mobile phone had fallen into the water during the incident, and he returned to the scene to retrieve it.
Investigations into the exact circumstances of the incident are ongoing. At the moment, there is no publicly available information from the sources provided about who is currently under investigation by the Ravensburg public prosecutor's office in connection with the alleged perpetrator of the robbery at the shore of the Schlosskirche in Friedrichshafen on March 3.
