EAPT Kazakhstan Day 10: Exciting Final Day of the Main Event
The Eurasian Poker Tour (EAPT) Kazakhstan is gearing up for an action-packed final day, with the Main Event Final Day set to take place on Day 10. With a $1,000 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000, the stakes are high.
As we approach the final day, 27 players remain in contention, holding approximately 9,840,000 chips in play. The players will be seated across 3 tables, ready to battle it out for the coveted title and a share of the prize pool.
The Main Event has seen some exciting action so far, with Vladimir Bond from Kazakhstan taking the fourth place in the Turbo Ultra Deep tournament, winning $1,280, and Alan Turabayev from the same country securing the fifth place, pocketing $960. Aydar Shaken and Erlan Aysim from Kazakhstan also made notable appearances, finishing in third and sixth places respectively in the Turbo Ultra Deep tournament.
The Turbo Ultra Deep tournament, which had a $250 buy-in and attracted 49 entries, saw a thrilling finale. Alexander Babich, a Russian player, clinched the first place, receiving $3,516, while Alexey Nikolaev from Russia took the second place, pocketing $2,450.
Meanwhile, in the High Roller event, Timur "TimsonAAA" Sundetov leads the pack as the chip leader. A total of 15 players are still in the running, with Day 10 promising some intense poker action.
In addition to the Main Event, Day 10 of EAPT Kazakhstan will also see the start of the Pot Limit Omaha Bounty 100 tournament. With a $200 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of $4,500, this tournament is sure to draw a crowd.
Oleg "Korbin Dallas" Kan, the champion of the National Stage of WPT in Kazakhstan (Kapchagay) in 2015, is among the 25 players who advanced to Day 3 of the Main Event. As the Main Event reaches its climax, all eyes will be on Kan and the other remaining players as they vie for the top spot and a share of the substantial prize pool.
