BPOLI-WEIL: Witness Subpoena - Notable Individual in Local Rapid Transit System

On the evening of December 27, 2024, a disturbance occurred on the RE474 regional express train between Donaueschingen and St. Georgen (Black Forest). The incident, which took place around 9 p.m., involved a 36-year-old individual who caused distress to fellow passengers.

Upon finding the individual, state police officers discovered that he was unresponsive and had several bumps on his head. Due to his health condition, he was taken to a hospital by emergency services. It is not yet clear whether any criminal offenses were committed during the incident.
