Breisach Police Investigate Targeted Restaurant Break-in

Breisach police are investigating a break-in at a restaurant on Neutorstraße, which occurred in the early hours of Monday, September 29, 2025. Two slot machines were targeted, and an unknown suspect forced entry through a back door.

The suspect managed to break into the restaurant between 1:30 AM and 6:15 AM, causing damage to two slot machines in the dining area. Cash was stolen during the incident. Police are treating this as a targeted crime, as the suspect knew exactly where to find the slot machines.

Witnesses or anyone with information about the suspect are urged to contact the police on 07667/91170. The identity of the perpetrator and details of any previous incidents remain unknown at this time.

Breisach police are currently investigating the break-in and have not yet made any arrests. They are appealing to the public for any information that could help with their enquiries. The restaurant has since increased its security measures to prevent any future incidents.
