Burning barrel left unattended ignites garage fire in Farmington
A fire devastated a detached garage in Farmington, Ontario County, on Saturday afternoon. The property where the incident occurred belongs to Bruce Haug, a 68-year-old resident of Shortsville.
Deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff's Office responded to the fire just before 5 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the garage fully engulfed in flames. Fortunately, no one was injured during the fire.
