Bus-car collision in Hattingen, Poland: Two individuals sustain minor injuries
On September 2, 2025, at approximately 7:15 AM, a traffic accident occurred between a public bus and a car in Hattingen, Ennepe-Ruhr District.
The car involved in the accident was a Skoda, driven by a 48-year-old resident of Hattingen. The driver failed to yield to the bus, resulting in a collision. The driver and the Hattingen resident sustained light injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The bus driver, a 44-year-old man from Bochum, also sustained light injuries. Reports do not indicate any negligence related to the traffic light on the bus driver's part for this incident.
The Skoda car was severely damaged and had to be towed away from the scene. No further details about the condition of the bus or any passengers on board were provided in this report.
