In a significant development for the Indian tech industry, RBH Solutions Private Limited, a Patiala-based industrial automation and smart grid company, has secured an investment from BizDateUp, an Indian startup investment and enablement platform.
The investment, which amounts to a 7.14% equity stake in RBH Solutions, is a reflection of BizDateUp's continued commitment to enabling deep-tech solutions from Tier II and III India. The funding received by RBH will be deployed to expand its SaaS product suite, complete its Distribution Management System (DMS) platform, build a global partner network, and develop digital twin tools for renewable energy management.
With deployments in over 15 states and expanding across energy automation, water management, agriculture, and urban infrastructure sectors, collectively valued at over $400 billion in market opportunity, RBH Solutions is poised for significant growth.
The investment marks a pivotal moment in RBH's journey, according to Birinder Singh, CEO of RBH Solutions. He mentioned that the shared vision and deep alignment with BizDateUp are key to building scalable, indigenous technology for critical infrastructure.
RBH Solutions reports over 6,500 gateway installations and more than 650 SCADA and analytics deployments. Its client base includes large public sector and private entities such as NTPC, Power Grid Corporation of India, BHEL, and several Fortune 500 companies.
