Caesars Palace Online Casino Wins Best Casino Operator at EGR North America Awards 2024
The prestigious EGR North America Awards 2024, a celebration for popular online gaming companies in North America, honoured Caesars Entertainment as the Best Casino Operator. The awards, organised by EGR B2B (Electronic Gaming Review Business to Business), recognise leading brands driving innovation and success across various North American markets.
The competition was tough, with contenders like BetMGM, FanDuel Casino, Rush Street Interactive (the parent company of BetRivers Casino), and others vying for the title. However, Caesars Palace Online Casino surpassed expectations, according to Matthew Sunderland, the Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Entertainment, who emphasised the dedication and effort of the iGaming team in a LinkedIn post.
Other winners at the awards included FanDuel Casino, which won two awards: Best Marketing Campaign and Operator of the Year. FanDuel Casino's success was not limited to these accolades, as it also took home the Best Sports Betting Operator category. BetMGM was the only brand that took another award, being named the Best Employer of the Year.
Rush Street Interactive was celebrated as the best Customer Service Operator, while High 5 Casino triumphed as the best Social Gaming Operator. Evolution Gaming received the award Best New Game for its title Crazy Time, and Light & Wonder won the Best Product Innovation honor.
DraftKings won the Safer Gambling Operator category, and by the end of 2024, another casino app from the Caesars portfolio will substitute WynnBET in Michigan. Caesars is working to grow its iGaming footprint with attractive Michigan online casino promotions and engaging casino games.
