On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, a car accident occurred on the A2 near Bielefeld, Germany. The incident took place between the Vlotho West interchange and the Bad Oeynhausen junction at approximately 09:00 AM.
According to preliminary reports, the accident involved a Renault Twingo, which was traveling towards Hannover, and an Opel Astra. The driver of the Renault Twingo, a 26-year-old from Isenburg, was attempting to change lanes when he collided with the Opel Astra driven by a 31-year-old from Romania.
