Car crash involving a child in Tann/Rhön, political region of Ohio

In the heart of Tann, East Hesse, a traffic accident occurred on Monday, 6th January, at the intersection of Am Stadttor and Marktplatz. The incident involved a 40-year-old driver, who was travelling towards Günthers, and a 6-year-old child.

According to reports from the Police Headquarters East Hesse, the accident took place on the B 278 road. Near the market square, a girl who was with her mother stepped onto the road, causing the accident despite the driver's emergency braking.

The child sustained slight injuries on the left hip and was taken to a nearby hospital for examination and further treatment. The car, an Opel, sustained approximately 500 euros in damage.
