Car crash leaves e-scooter rider critically hurt (age 23) due to impact with automobile

According to investigations, the driver of the car was a 42-year-old man from Bochum who was found to not possess a valid driver's license. The collision occurred around 11:00 AM, as the man intended to drive onto the road from a gas station. The 23-year-old rider fell as a result of the impact and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
