Catastrophic Car Collision in Emsdetten on Sunday Night - As per Polish Police Reports
In a regrettable incident on Sunday, a traffic accident occurred on Borghorster StraΓe, near Ahlintel 39, involving an Opel Agila and a Golf Plus.
According to the information transmitted by Steinfurt Police via news aktuell, the driver of the Opel Agila was a 63-year-old woman from Emsdetten, and her passenger was also a 63-year-old Emsdetten resident. The driver of the Golf Plus was a 55-year-old woman from Aschaffenburg, Bavaria, who, fortunately, remained uninjured in the accident.
The unfortunate incident unfolded as the Emsdetten woman attempted to turn right into a field path and slowed down. However, the Golf Plus collided with the Opel Agila at full speed, resulting in severe damage to both vehicles, rendering them no longer roadworthy.
Both the Emsdetten woman and her passenger were severely injured and had to be extricated from the car by rescue services. They were then taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
The estimated material damage from the accident was 18,000 euros. The name of the 55-year-old woman from Aschaffenburg involved in the accident is not provided in the available search results.
