In the heart of Wuppertal, a vibrant city in Germany, preparations are underway for an exciting event. The festival, set to take place in front of the Evangelical Church, has a noble purpose – to benefit the 148 children and young people residing near the city border.

The area, currently home to a fenced-in football pitch with grass and goals, will undergo renovation. Renate Zajani, press spokesperson, confirmed that renovation is necessary to accommodate the growing number of children and youths in the area. The renovation of the playground, made possible by donations from the Foundation for Elderly and Family Assistance, will include new playgrounds, riding therapy, and outings for the children and youth welfare service.

While the festival is focused on helping the local community, there will be plenty of entertainment for attendees. An in-house bakery will be operating during the event, offering delicious treats to enjoy. Music groups will perform during the festival weekend, adding to the lively atmosphere.

Andreas Schleicher, a well-known vocal coach from casting shows, will be one of the performers. Known for his pop music and a song about his hometown Wuppertal titled "schWeben", Schleicher is sure to draw a crowd. On Sunday, he will take the stage to entertain festival-goers.

For those with an appetite for international flavours, the street food stalls in the area offer a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Ghanaian, and Asian. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, you're sure to find something to satisfy your taste buds.

So, mark your calendars and join the community of Wuppertal for a weekend of entertainment, food, and most importantly, supporting a worthy cause. The festival is set to be an unforgettable event, bringing the city together for a good cause.
