CEO Tina Müller propels Weleda to greater altitudes

Weleda AG, a leading natural health and personal care company, has claimed the top spot in the prestigious YouGov Quality Champions 2025 survey. This remarkable achievement comes after two years of significant growth and transformation under the leadership of CEO Tina Müller.

In the 2024 business year, Weleda AG's turnover increased by 8.3 percent to an all-time high of 456.2 million euros. The company's top brands – Weleda, Andechser Natur, and Lavazza – have become symbols of a new form of quality awareness, embodying nature connection, responsible production, and genuine enjoyment.

Tina Müller's leadership has not only driven financial success but also a focus on product quality and reliability. This ethos has resonated with customers in a competitive market, where brands are now evaluated not just on price and performance, but also on service and consumer values.

The company's profitability has also improved significantly, with Weleda more than doubling its operating result (EBIT without special effects) to 28.3 million euros. This growth was highlighted by YouGov, with the top ranking described as the "cherry on top".

German automaker BMW debuted in the top 10 this year, ranking fourth, while Lavazza, previously in fifth place, improved to third with 88.5 points. Andechser Natur, last year's winner, slipped to second place with 88.6 points, and Weleda secured the top spot with an impressive 90.9 points in the quality assessment period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

Weleda's success is also reflected in its media strategy. The company has adjusted its media planning by establishing a TV format called Brandmercial with new agency partner Media Plan. Susanne Schgaguler has joined Weleda AG as the new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), further strengthening the company's marketing efforts.

Felix Leiendecker, Head of Data Products DACH at YouGov, stated that the top 10 brands represent consumer values of product quality and reliability. TeeGschwendner, in fifth place, scored 88.3 points, rounding out the top tier of quality brands.

As Weleda continues to grow and evolve, it remains committed to its mission of providing high-quality, natural products that respect both people and the environment. This latest accolade from YouGov is a testament to the company's success and its dedication to delivering on its promises to customers.
