The Fort Bragg and North Carolina Chapter continued its commitment to supporting the community in 2025, awarding sixteen $1000 scholarships to the sons and daughters of Soldiers in the Greater Fayetteville Area. This marks a total of over $726,000 awarded by the Chapter since its inception.

The Chapter's dedication to education is evident in its consistent support of local Soldiers' families. The scholarships aim to alleviate some of the financial burden of higher education, enabling young individuals to pursue their academic dreams.

In addition to the scholarship programme, the Fort Bragg and North Carolina Chapter is also hosting the 2nd Annual Chapter Golf Fundraiser. Scheduled for November 7th, 2025, this event serves as a crucial source of funding for the Chapter's initiatives.

Notable donations to the 2nd Annual Chapter Golf Fundraiser include $500 from Wally Wallace and a pledged donation of $500 from Andrew McFowler, a past Chapter President. McFowler has also challenged AUSA Lifetime Members to match his donation, hoping to raise even more funds for the event.

However, as of now, no information is available about who has agreed to match McFowler's donation. The Chapter encourages everyone to visit the Golf Tournament Event page for more details and to make their own donations. Donations can be made online by clicking the provided link, or alternatively, via Zelle using the email: fortbragg@our website.

The next scholarship ceremony for the Fort Bragg and North Carolina Chapter is scheduled for June 2026, where more scholarships are expected to be awarded. The Chapter looks forward to continuing its mission of supporting the education of Soldiers' families and the community at large.
