The European League of Football (ELF) final is set to take place in Stuttgart, Germany, as the city gears up to host a thrilling showdown between the Vienna Vikings and the local team, the Stuttgart Surge.

The MHP Arena, a renowned venue known for its exceptional sporting events, will be the stage for this highly anticipated clash. Over 35,000 tickets have been sold, making it a promising event for an international sporting highlight of the highest level.

The Vienna Vikings, the 2022 champions and 2024 vice-champions, will be looking to defend their title, while the Stuttgart Surge, who won the 2023 vice-championship, will strive to claim their first ELF title.

The city's mayor, Dr. Frank Nopper, will present the "ELF Trophy" at the event, marking a significant moment for Stuttgart. The occasion will also see the attendance of ELF CEO Zeljko Karajica and VfB board member Rouven Kasper, who expressed his pleasure about the MHP Arena Stuttgart hosting the ELF championship game.

The idea to host the final in Stuttgart was driven by the organizers of the ELF, with the Stuttgart Surge team securing the 2025 ELF title in Stuttgart likely playing a role in the city's selection as the final venue. VfB board member Rouven Kasper also expressed his hope for an exciting final to take place in the NeckarPark.
