City's Marl Speed Levels Monitored Starting From Monday

The city of Marl has announced a series of speed control measures to ensure road safety from August 25 to 30, 2025. These measures will include both radar checks and mobile speed controls.

On August 25th, radar checks will take place on Dorstener Str., Riegestr., Rappaportstr., In den Kaempen, and Ringerottstr., while mobile speed checks will be carried out throughout the entire city area. On the same day, no specific radar check locations were mentioned, but mobile speed checks will be conducted across the city.

The following day, August 26th, radar checks will take place on Glatzer Str., Lipphofestr., Bachackerweg, Loekampstr., and Kampstr. Mobile speed checks will also be carried out throughout the city area.

On August 27th, radar checks will be held on Robert-Bunsen-Str., Spechtstr., Hulsstr., Josefstr., and Nonnenbusch, while mobile speed checks will be conducted citywide. No radar checks were previously mentioned for this day, but mobile speed checks will be carried out throughout the entire city area.

On August 28th, radar checks will take place on Am Kanal, Bergstr., Heyerhoffstr., Josefstr., and Goldregenstr. Mobile speed checks will also be carried out in addition to the radar checks throughout the city area.

On August 29th, no radar checks were previously mentioned, but mobile speed checks will be carried out throughout the entire city area. Additionally, there will be additional mobile speed checks on this day. On the same day, radar checks will take place on Heinrich-Heine-Str., Hervester Str., Kinderheimstr., Langehegge, and Falkenstr.

The final day of the speed control measures, August 30th, will see radar checks on Amselstr., Finkenstr., Roemerstr., Herzlia-Allee, and Dorfstr., and additional mobile speed checks will be carried out citywide.

The Ordnance Office of Marl will be responsible for conducting these speed control measures from August 25th to 30th, including on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It is important for drivers to be aware of these measures and to adhere to the speed limits to ensure a safe and incident-free city.
