Collision Involving a Bicycle
In the early hours of Saturday morning, a 40-year-old woman was involved in a bicycle accident on VolmestraΓe in Hagen. The incident occurred during her journey home from a discotheque.
According to nearby police officers who witnessed the accident, the woman collided with the curb and fell headfirst over the handlebar onto the sidewalk. Upon questioning, she stated that she had consumed champagne. A mandatory blood test was conducted, and the breath alcohol level of the woman involved was approximately 1.00 grams per liter.
The woman, who resides in Bochum, sustained minor head injuries. She declined an ambulance at the scene but was treated by the officers. A criminal complaint was filed due to the incident.
