The South East Hesse Police Headquarters has announced that speed control measures will be implemented next week at various locations. These locations include high-risk roads, accident hotspots, and areas for noise protection monitoring.

On 17th February 2025, speed control will occur on the following roads: - B 43 a towards Dieburg before the Hanau-Hafen junction (high-risk road) - B 459 towards Offenbach before the Geisfeld roundabout (accident hotspot) - Biebergemgemünd-Wirthheim on Frankfurter Straße (high-risk road)

On 18th February 2025, speed control will take place on: - B 43 a towards Dieburg before the Hanau-Hafen junction (high-risk road) - A 45 towards Aschaffenburg at the Seligenstadt motorway junction (high-risk road) - L 3262 towards Buchschlag between the railway line and the B 44 junction (accident hotspot)

Speed control on A 66 towards Hanau, Bad Soden-Salmünster junction (noise protection) will occur on 20th, 21st, and 23rd February 2025.

On 19th February 2025, speed control will occur on: - B 43 a towards Dieburg before the Hanau-Hafen junction (high-risk road) - K 174 towards Rodgau between Waldacker and Rodgau-Ring-Straße (wildlife)

Additionally, on 20th February 2025, speed control will occur on L 3347, Nidderau municipality, between Ostheim and Limesheim (high-risk road).
