Commission urged to present a plan for a worker safety directive concerning electronic device risks.
In the city of Pforzheim, the FDP and Free Voters have expressed dissatisfaction with the progress of bath renovations at the Huchenfeld site and Emma-Jaeger Bath site, which are being managed by the municipal enterprise Pforzheim Traffic and Baths (EPVB).
The bath renovations, which have been ongoing for some time, have been deemed "unacceptable" by the FDP and Free Voters. Despite the lack of specific details regarding the issues they have with the renovations, the political factions have made it clear that they expect a resolution proposal after the summer break.
The FDP fraction believes that "frills like architecture competitions" should be avoided in the bath renovations at the Emma-Jaeger Bath site, and they demand a clear statement from Baths Commissioner Büscher to expedite the work. The Free Voters fraction, on the other hand, wants a general contractor to be able to deliver a turnkey Emma-Jaeger Bath to the city as soon as possible.
The Free Voters fraction has also called for an immediate tender for the Emma-Jaeger Bath renovations, and they are putting pressure on EPVB to speed up the work. It is unclear if the bath renovations at the Emma-Jaeger Bath site will be completed before the summer break, but the FDP and Free Voters are insistent that progress should be accelerated.
The FDP fraction expects the bath renovations at the Emma-Jaeger Bath site to be completed as soon as possible, not in several years. They believe that the interests of schools, swimming clubs, and citizens must be maintained during the renovations.
Baths Director Mellenthin plans to present a cost estimate for the Huchenfeld and Emma-Jaeger Bath sites by the end of the year. The FDP and Free Voters have not indicated if they intend to take further action if the renovations are not completed to their satisfaction after the summer break.
The search results do not provide the name of the Baths-Commissioner responsible for the reconstruction of the Emma-Jaeger and Huchenfeld swimming pools. Despite this, the FDP and Free Voters are making their voices heard, calling for a speedier resolution to the ongoing bath renovations in Pforzheim.
