Company Makes First Appointment of Global Head of Human Resources
Brooklyn-based IPG agency Huge has made a significant move in its talent management strategy by appointing Kali Beyah as its first global chief talent officer. The newly created position, which Beyah will assume on March 15, is part of Huge's focus on scaling its operations.
Beyah, who will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, was specifically hired by Huge to find its first global talent lead. In her new role, she will be responsible for talent operations across all 13 of Huge's global offices.
Raj Singhal, the global COO and acting CEO of Huge, will be Beyah's direct report. She will work closely with regional talent leaders to oversee recruitment, talent management, and DEI efforts on a global scale.
The appointment of Beyah is a strategic move by Huge, as it aims to manage its talent more effectively on a global level. Her role at Huge extends beyond U.S. talent management, and she will play a crucial part in Huge's efforts to scale its operations.
Beyah started her role as Global Chief Talent Officer at Huge in November 2021. Prior to joining Huge, she has held various leadership roles in talent management and human resources at companies such as Facebook and Ernst & Young.
Huge's focus on scaling its operations is evident in its recent growth. The agency has expanded its presence to 13 global offices, including locations in New York, London, and Tokyo. With Beyah at the helm of its talent management efforts, Huge is poised to continue its growth and success in the digital agency industry.
