Completion of Remote Session by Participants in "Yakutia - Realm of Heroes" Programme
Yakutia, a remote region in Siberia, has taken a significant step forward in its regional professional training program for war veterans. The third stage of the training session for the "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program was held remotely, ensuring flexibility in scheduling and accessibility for all participants.
Led by Yakutia's head, Aisen Nikolaev, and curated by Natalia Kashperskaya, the curator of the republican personnel program, the "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program aims to prepare war veterans for work and contribute to the republic's development.
During the previous stages, participants visited various agencies to familiarise themselves with their work. They also attended meetings as part of the program. In addition, participants went on business trips as part of the program.
However, the current stage was conducted remotely on a specialized educational platform. This innovative approach allows the program to continue despite the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic.
The program, known as "Jakutien - Land der Helden" in German, is not just a training program. It is a comprehensive initiative led by Viktor Shurin, which includes individual training and practice of the skills acquired during the sessions. Immediately after the initial training sessions, participants will begin their individual training and practice of the skills they have learned.
The "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program is a regional initiative, but its impact extends far beyond the borders of Yakutia. By preparing war veterans for work, the program is not only contributing to the development of the republic but also providing a valuable service to the veterans themselves.
The regional professional training program for war veterans in Yakutia has reached another milestone. With the successful completion of the third stage, participants are one step closer to gaining the skills they need to reintegrate into the workforce and make a positive contribution to society. The "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting war veterans and promoting the development of Yakutia.
