Construction company CTP set to expand IWIS factory in Oradea, Western Romania, with a 4,000 square meter addition
In a significant development for the industrial sector in Romania, logistics real estate developer CTP is constructing a 4,000 sqm extension to the IWIS factory in Oradea, Western Romania. The expansion, announced by IWIS on Friday, August 29, aims to complete by 2026.
The extension will be added to the existing 7,000 sqm production facility located within CTPark Oradea City. This strategic industrial hub, situated just 4 km from the Hungarian border and close to Oradea city center, is one of three parks operated by CTP in the Oradea area. The others include CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal and CTPark Oradea North.
CTPark Oradea City's strategic positioning next to the city's international airport and its access to major highways and public transportation make it an ideal location for businesses looking to expand their operations. The expansion of IWIS at CTPark Oradea City is a strong reconfirmation of Romania's competitiveness as an industrial hub.
