The latest edition of the "BIM Inside!" publication, now available from bSD Verlag, showcases 21 construction projects realised by member companies of buildingSmart Germany. The projects, which are featured in the 2025 issue, demonstrate the practical application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the ongoing operation of buildings.

The "BIM Inside!" publication does not mention the specific companies involved in the projects or the phases of construction beyond planning and operation. However, it aims to demonstrate the efficiency of model-based collaboration among project stakeholders using open standards.

All 21 projects were realised using open, vendor-neutral standards of buildingSmart, ensuring interoperability and data exchangeability across different software platforms. The projects in the 2025 issue were not mentioned to be specific companies, but they showcase the importance of open BIM solutions for successful digitalization in the construction industry.

The projects featured in the "BIM Inside!" series highlight the practical application of BIM in construction and beyond. They showcase how BIM is applied beyond the planning and construction phases, providing valuable insights into the ongoing operation of buildings.

The e-book version of the "BIM Inside!" publication is free, while the print version costs 5.00 euros. The "BIM Inside!" publication aims to provide an overview of the latest trends and best practices in the use of BIM for the digitalization of the construction industry.
