The M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas is set to unveil its expanded facilities on December 1, marking the grand opening of the resort's second hotel tower. After undergoing a $206 million upgrade, the resort is poised to become a premier destination for visitors and convention attendees from across the country.
The expansion offers much-needed additional room capacity, with the new tower containing 765 rooms. This upgrade has effectively doubled the resort's room capacity, addressing the strong demand of the Henderson locals market.
The M Resort's expansion project is part of Penn National Gaming's four major expansions, with Joilet being the first. Still to come are the opening of a land-based casino in Aurora, Illinois, and a new hotel in Columbus, Ohio.
The M Resort's tower expansion features heavy Las Vegas Raiders branding, reflecting the resort's status as the NFL franchise's official team hotel. The grand opening press release highlighted the "highly successful" partnership with the Raiders.
In addition to the expanded accommodations, the M Resort has partnered with a group owned by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse. Emeril Lagasse's popular signature restaurant, Meril, will open a location at the M Resort, marking the second location of the restaurant franchise, with the first being in the Warehouse District of New Orleans.
The upgrade has also seen the addition of a second hotel tower to the resort, increasing the M Resort's meeting space. A new 15,000 sq-ft ballroom has been added to cater to business groups' needs for more capacity.
The M Resort's expansion aims to solidify its position as a leading destination in Las Vegas, attracting visitors and convention attendees alike. With its expanded facilities, strategic partnerships, and commitment to providing an exceptional experience, the M Resort Spa Casino is set to make a significant impact in the Las Vegas hospitality industry.
