Construction of medical rehabilitation center in Din district scheduled for completion by 2026.
The Kuban region is set to witness a significant milestone in its healthcare sector with the construction of a vast, multi-profile Medical Rehabilitation Center in Dinskoy District. This unprecedented project, emphasised by Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, is poised to become a flagship for Kuban's medicine.
Spanning over 58,000 square meters, the center will be the largest social construction in the region. The comprehensive facility is designed to cater to patients recovering from serious illnesses and injuries, with a special focus on wounded soldiers returning to normal life.
The center will be divided into several departments, including those for patients with central nervous system dysfunction, post-operative recovery, cardiovascular system issues, somatic diseases, intensive care, and rehabilitation. Additionally, it will house departments for patients with issues related to the respiratory system, eyes, ears, nose, and throat, as well as for somatic diseases.
Recruitment for the most qualified medical staff is already underway, ensuring the center will be staffed by experts in their respective fields. The center will also host a medical rehabilitation department of the Kuban State Medical University for doctor training, further strengthening the region's healthcare capabilities.
The center will be equipped with modern devices, including computer and magnetic resonance tomography, aqua-trainers, and virtual reality technologies. It will also feature a consulting-diagnostic clinic, recreational zones, and places for rest and therapeutic exercises. Telemedicine consultations will also be conducted at the center.
Governor Kondratyev has emphasised the center's research and development focus in the field of rehabilitation. The center aims to test and implement advanced rehabilitation technologies and methods, making it a hub for innovation in the region's healthcare sector.
The construction of the Medical Rehabilitation Center is a top priority and a timely project, according to the regional head. The project's importance for the health of Kuban residents and the unique opportunities it will provide were discussed by Governor Kondratyev. The center, once completed in 2026, is expected to make a significant impact on the region's healthcare landscape.
