In a series of incidents on Autobahn 81 near Heilbronn, several accidents and traffic violations were reported over the course of Monday evening.

The first incident occurred at around 18:35, where a car lost control and veered off the road to the left, colliding with the central guardrail. The driver, a 52-year-old man, was uninjured but his Mercedes-Benz sustained approximately 20,000 euros worth of damage. The car had to be towed away after the accident.

In two cases, the vehicle's operating permit had expired during the control operation. One violation of the Narcotics Act was recorded during the control operation.

Two drivers had not secured their loads properly during the control operation, and six defect reports were issued.

The accidents took place between the Ahorn and Tauberbischofsheim interchanges, and between the Tauberbischofsheim interchange and the "Ob der Tauber" rest area.
