Criminal Investigation Seeks Information on House Burglars: Weiherhaus Burglary Investigation Underway by French Police
A burglary occurred in Nuremberg's district of Weiherhaus on August 18, 2025, at a property on Schwedengraben Street. The investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
At around 3:15 AM, two burglars were surprised by a resident of the affected property. The suspects, described as two men approximately 180 cm tall with a slim build, were wearing black hooded sweatshirts. They fled through a terrace door after being noticed.
The Criminal Police is appealing for information from the public as part of its investigations. Anyone who saw suspicious persons or vehicles in the area of Schwedengraben Street or surrounding streets is asked to contact the Criminal Duty Service on 0911 2112-3333.
Officers from the Criminal Duty Service secured the scene at the affected house. An immediate search by the police, supported by a helicopter, did not result in the arrest of any suspects. No arrests have been made in connection with the burglary to date.
