Dairy production expansion forthcoming in Esso village, with a focus on cheese and yogurt manufacturing
In the heart of Russia's Bystrinsky District, the EssΠΎ Dairy Farm is making strides in its dairy production. With a recent acquisition of new equipment, the farm is set to increase its output and diversify its product range.
The farm, home to 124 heads of large horned cattle, including 74 cows, produced a impressive 238 tons of milk in 2024. This equates to a daily production volume of 447 kg. The milk, along with a variety of dairy products, are sold to social institutions and retail chains within the Bystrinsky Municipal District, as well as retail outlets in the village of Keys, Ust-Kamchatsky District.
The new equipment, purchased in 2024 and arriving in January 2025, will be installed and commissioned by November this year. This expansion will enable the farm to start producing Adyghe cheese and yogurts with fillings in the near future.
The farm's product range is not limited to milk and its derivatives. The expanded line includes kefir, ryazhenka, sour cream, cottage cheese, and soft cheese. All products will meet the highest food product quality standards, ensuring the health and safety of consumers.
In 2024, the enterprise received a state subsidy of 6,843 thousand rubles, a testament to the government's support for the dairy industry. The farm's sales in 2024 amounted to 392 kg, a figure set to rise with the installation of the new equipment and the introduction of new products.
The EssΠΎ Dairy Farm's expansion is a significant development in the local dairy industry, promising a wider variety of high-quality dairy products for the region.
