In a shocking incident that occurred on Tuesday morning at 7:25 AM, a train collided with a vehicle at a railroad crossing in Bremen-Burglesum, resulting in a tragic loss of life.

According to reports, the victim was a 19-year-old man who was driving the vehicle involved in the accident. He died at the scene of the collision. No physical injuries were reported among the approximately 150 passengers on the train.

The accident took place at a manually operated level crossing in Burg-Grambke. Emergency services, including police, federal police, and firefighters, were quick to respond with many units on the scene. Several witnesses reportedly suffered shock and were attended to by chaplains.
