Defendant's spouse levels numerous allegations against Christina Block during court proceedings

In a complex and ongoing legal saga, Stephan Hensel is currently testifying in a trial regarding the abduction of his two shared children with Christina Block. The trial is set to continue on September 22.

The controversy began in summer 2023, when false pedophilia accusations were made against Hensel, anonymously from London to Germany. However, these allegations were later found to be unsubstantiated. In fact, the Danish police reviewed all the files but did not find Hensel in them.

The allegedly fabricated allegations against Hensel regarding child pornography were made by Christina Block, who filed a report against him for possession of child pornography. Block has repeatedly denied these allegations, as well as accusations of violence.

The children, who were allegedly abducted by employees of an Israeli security company and taken to Germany, have reportedly been traumatised by the alleged violence. Hensel claims that the children experienced domestic violence with Christina Block, a claim that Block has vehemently denied.

Despite the children hoping for an apology from their mother, it never came, according to Hensel. The family moved several times after the abduction of the children, due to indications from the Danish intelligence service that Hensel's life was in danger.

The media did not attend a demonstration held at Hensel's house in December 2022, but a video was made and later posted online, revealing the street name and license plates of cars parked at Hensel's house. This event was reportedly initiated by a psychologist hired by Christina Block.

In a surprising turn of events, the Hamburg Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated a procedure against Christina Block for suspected false accusation and slander. This follows the discovery of a duffel bag containing a hard drive with child pornography files in Hensel's garage in South Denmark in early October 2023.

Prior to these events, courts had previously confirmed that Christina Block had custody and that Stephan Hensel was required to return the children. However, Hensel did not return the children to their mother after a weekend visit in August 2021.

Unknown individuals appeared at the house when his Danish wife was taking the children to school in November 2022, and a neighbour called to warn them. Stephan Hensel claims that his house and family were observed by different security firms before the abduction.
