Defense company based in Alexandria secures $70 million in contracts for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) protection work.

BryceTech, a leading provider of data-driven solutions in aerospace, biosecurity, and defense, has been awarded three prime contracts worth approximately $70 million by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). The contracts, which will last for five years, will see BryceTech deploy about 50 full-time professionals to support key offices of the DoD.

The contracts were awarded under the General Services Administration's OASIS+ contract vehicle. BryceTech will provide support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), and the DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO).

One of the main areas of focus will be the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense. BryceTech will support the development and deployment of medical countermeasures against evolving CBRN threats, working alongside JPM CBRN Medical, which fields FDA-approved diagnostics, therapeutics, and vaccines.

In addition, BryceTech will also support JPM CBRN Integration, which delivers enterprise threat warning, hazard prediction, and decision-support systems. The work will aim to strengthen these systems and further enhance operational coordination across research, logistics, quality assurance, and program execution.

BryceTech, headquartered at 1737 King St., Suite 601, Alexandria, has been making waves in the industry. Earlier this month, the company made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies at No. 915. The company has also been named GovCon Contractor of the Year in 2023 and has been recognised in the Washington Technology Fast 50 for four consecutive years.

The company's impressive growth has been evident, with BryceTech achieving 463% growth and ranking among 19 Alexandria businesses on the prestigious annual ranking. BryceTech's clients include NASA, the departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, and Homeland Security.

These new contracts further solidify BryceTech's position as a trusted partner for the U.S. government in the areas of aerospace, biosecurity, and defense. The work will focus on accelerating medical countermeasure development, with the ultimate goal of protecting the nation and its allies from CBRN threats.
