Dentsu International, a global media and marketing communications company, has announced significant changes in its leadership for the creative business in Asia Pacific. The appointments of Phil Adrien and Merlee Jayme are part of the company's strategic move to drive growth and creative transformation in the region.

Phil Adrien, who has been the managing director for Dentsu's creative group based in Singapore since 2019, has been appointed as the chief executive of creative for Asia Pacific. In his new role, Adrien will be responsible for delivering creative transformation and growth for Dentsu International's clients across the region. He will report to both Ashish Bhasin, CEO of Dentsu Asia Pacific, and Jean Lin, Global CEO of Creative for Dentsu International.

Adrien's appointment is not the only change in the leadership team. Merlee Jayme, the founder of Jayme HQ, an agency dedicated to creating opportunities for neurodivergent talent, has been appointed as the chief creative officer in Asia Pacific. Jayme will work closely with Adrien to deliver creative transformation and growth for Dentsu International's clients. She will also be part of Dentsu's Asia Pacific operations.
