Development Project Launched by Homeland Group: Bhumi Pujan Held for Homeland Global Park, Aiming for a 5 Million Square Foot Mixed-Use Development on 15 Acres in Mohali

In a significant move, Homeland Group, a prominent real estate developer in Punjab, has commenced the Bhumi Pujan ceremony for Homeland Global Park in Mohali. The upcoming mixed-use development, spanning across approximately 15 acres of prime land at Sector 75, International Airport Road, is set to become a landmark in the region.

Homeland Global Park is a project by Punjab's most revered real estate developer, and the ceremony marks a significant step in the development process of this ambitious project. The total built up area of the new development is approximately 5 million sq. ft., making it a substantial addition to the city's skyline.

The mixed-use development will feature a variety of spaces, including luxurious serviced apartments, high-end retail spaces, boutique offices with large IT floor plates, India's largest indoor arena for live performances and entertainment events, and an uber premium mall. The development is designed to seamlessly combine life, work, shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it a one-stop destination for residents and visitors alike.

Speaking about the new development, Mr Umang Jindal, CEO of Homeland Group, stated, "Homeland Global Park is in line with the growth of Chandigarh as a Corporate and Luxury retail destination. The location of the Bhumi Pujan ceremony is for Homeland Global Park in Mohali, which is part of the CP67 Mohali, a mixed-use development area designed to offer a harmonious blend of life, work, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
