Disney HR Veteran Michelle Unsworth Named Kambi's Chief People Officer
Michelle Unsworth, a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of industry experience, has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Kambi.
Unsworth's career has seen her serve in senior HR roles at various renowned companies, including Expedia Group, where she held the position of HR Director for EMEA and later as Senior HR Director, Global. She also held several positions at Expedia Group between August 2016 and November 2019.
Prior to her time at Kambi, Unsworth spent nearly five years at Travelport, where she served as Vice President of People. Before that, she worked at The Walt Disney Company from September 2012 to August 2016, where she served as an HR Business Partner across multiple divisions.
At Veriff, an online identity verification company, Unsworth most recently served as VP of People.
Kambi's CEO, Werner Becher, stated that Unsworth's leadership and experience will be key to cultivating an environment for team growth and innovation. Unsworth herself expressed enthusiasm for joining Kambi, describing it as a global leader in B2B sports betting.
