Dispute on the Playground Leaves One Individual Injured
In a troubling incident that occurred late in the evening, a 20-year-old resident of Herford was assaulted and robbed at a playground north of Rochdale Park.
According to the police report, the assailants, who remain unidentified, approached the victim at around 8:00 PM. The incident took place at a playground situated north of Rochdale Park.
The assailants were described as having a southern appearance, and one of them was approximately 1.80 meters tall. They were wearing a black baseball cap, a black t-shirt with a white-red print on the back, a dark blue jacket, and black jeans. No further details about the appearance of the other assailants were provided.
During the altercation, the assailants sprayed the resident with pepper spray and injured him with a knife. The resident was treated for his cuts at a hospital on an outpatient basis. However, no eyewitness saw the altercation, and the resident was found injured by officers at the scene.
