Graham Greene, a renowned actor and voice performer, best known for his role as Rains Fall in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2), has sadly passed away at the age of 73. His agent confirmed the news, expressing that Greene will be eternally missed.

Greene's performance as Rains Fall, the Chieftain of the Wapiti tribe, was highly acclaimed. Dan Houser, writer, executive producer, and Rockstar co-founder, praised Greene's work, stating that he brought great depth to his role.

In RDR2, Rains Fall is a sympathetic character, known for his quiet and pacific leadership. However, the gentle character finds himself in a violent world, where the US government is exerting significant pressure on his tribe, forcing them onto ever-diminishing land. Rains Fall's son is pursuing a lost, violent war to stop the land grab, but despite his title, Rains Fall feels powerless to stop either the land grab or his son's violent actions.

Graham Greene's career began in the 1970s and 1980s, where he achieved success on stage in theaters in Toronto and England. He made his television debut in 1979 before first appearing in the film Dances with Wolves in 1990, for which he was nominated for an Oscar. Greene broke ground in the 1970s as a Canadian First Nations performer, and his breakout role came in 1990's Dances With Wolves.

Throughout his career, Greene acted as a new kind of mentor figure, not only in RDR2 but also in his other roles. His work has been widely celebrated, with many praising his moral, ethical, and character-driven performances.

Joshua Wolens, a writer whose work has been featured in Vice, Fanbyte, and the Financial Times, has written about games. Wolens has a particular love for CRPGs, immersive sims, and games with ambitious designs, and he has praised Greene's performance in RDR2.

Greene's agent stated that Greene was a great man of morals, ethics, and character. With his passing, the world of entertainment has lost a truly remarkable individual.

Rest in peace, Graham Greene. Your legacy will live on through your incredible work.
